MEDITATION

Meditation is a powerful tool for spiritual growth and is essentially a process of taking a person beyond the limitations of body and mind. Teachers and practitioners of these “inner technologies” have also experienced the many physical and mental benefits of meditation and yoga. In recent years, a growing number of scientific studies and research on meditation have confirmed these experiences. Meditation is BEING in the moment without expectations and judgment. It is not a physical or mental activity. Let everything happen because all is well in the eternity of life. Despite having no purpose, the results are present in all areas of life.
